A qualified accountant of over twenty years Nigel worked for the consultancy arm of Price Waterhouse Coopers before holding a number of finance director roles.
In 2003 Nigel set up is own accountancy practice.
The practice specialises in providing outsourced accounting services to a range of businesses.
Following accreditation from the Professional Contractors Group five years ago the practice now has a dedicated specialist team looking after contactors and freelancers through it’s IR35Accountant.com website. |

Nigel is a regular speaker at PCG events and has a particular interest in trying to convince contractors to turn their contracting into ‘real’ businesses that have lasting value.
Since taking on the St John’s Lane office Nigel has been working with other local businesses to provide partners to help Acconomy clients with their working needs.
We have just formed an alliance with a fabulous new children’s nursery a couple of hundred metres away called ‘Smithfield House Children’s Nursery’.
This fully equipped nursery in the heart of London is highly recommended if childcare is on your wanted list! PS There are tax breaks available for nursery care for working parents even for small contractor companies.
In his spare time Nigel can be found attempting various charity cycle rides (not the hilly ones!!) We are ideally located, just 300 metres from Farringdon train and tube station and in the heart of Farringdon and Clerkenwell; an area bustling with cafes, bars and restaurants which has attracted an increasing number of companies.
